 NX Cash Bug, Help???

I tried to get the 1 meso for the 10k nx cash thing, and it isn't working I keep trying it over and over, and it still doesn't work.

It says "* Please Type Your Info Correctly.."

And I made sure that I was not logged onto the game, can anyone help me out???
