When you have max stats, FOR ALL of your stats. Like Dark Knight (a player ingame not the job) Who has 120 rebirths. You should be able to talk to a NPC, and he/she can change your job freely, Therefore you dont need to rb agian. Just to be able to wear weapons of different classes.
